Using the app

Twinly AI lets you create an AI persona of yourself and chat with personas shared by others. You must be at least 13 years old. You are responsible for the content you provide.

AI-generated content

Replies come from an AI model and may be inaccurate. A persona is an AI imitation, not the real person, and should not be relied on for medical, legal or financial advice.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID or Google Play account and renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period. A free trial, if offered, converts to a paid plan at the end. Manage or cancel in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google.

End User License Agreement (EULA)

Apple's Standard End User License Agreement applies to your use of the app: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/. These terms apply in addition to it.

Acceptable use

Do not use the app to harass, impersonate or deceive others, or to create personas of people without their consent. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
