From the app (fastest)

  1. Open Twinly and go to Settings.
  2. Tap Delete my account and confirm.

This permanently deletes your account, your Twinly, your chats, what your Twinly learned from you, and what other Twinlys remember about you. It can't be undone. If you only want to remove your twin, use Delete my persona instead.

Without the app

Send a request from our support page and choose Other. Write "Delete my account" and the email you signed in with (Google or Apple). We confirm by email and delete everything within 30 days.

What is deleted, and what is kept

Everything linked to your account is deleted: profile, twin, avatar, voice choice, chats, memories, writing samples and usage events. Purchase records stay with Apple or Google Play, who handle billing. A subscription is not cancelled by deleting your account, so cancel it in your App Store or Google Play subscriptions first.
