Child safety standards
Twinly AI · Last updated: October 9, 2026
Twinly has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sextortion and any sexualisation of minors. This applies to everything in the app: twins, their names and descriptions, chats, voice conversations and anything people share.
Who can use Twinly
Twinly is designed for adults. Children under 13 may not use it (see our Terms of use), and accounts that appear to belong to children are removed.
What we do
- AI replies are filtered so twins refuse sexual content involving minors and any attempt to groom or exploit a child.
- Public names and descriptions of twins are moderated.
- Every twin and chat has Report or block in its menu. Reports about child safety are reviewed first.
- When we find CSAE content or behaviour we remove it, ban the account, keep the evidence the law requires, and report it to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and to the relevant authorities.
- We cooperate with law enforcement requests that follow legal process.
How to report
In the app, open the twin or chat, tap the menu, then Report or block. You can also use our support page and choose Safety. If a child is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first.
Contact for child safety
Our designated contact for child safety questions and reports is reachable through the support page (choose Safety) or at mghoneam7@gmail.com.
